DRAFT is an annual student-run publication and exhibition, which has featured the work of photography students at the Rochester Institute of Technology. The editors of several past editions opened up submissions to schools throughout the state of New York, and we have continued to do so with this year's publication. DRAFT 19 is a collective of artists seeking to construct a visual narrative between the universities of New York State. With a focus on self-publishing and contemporary photography, 19 is a contribution to the on-going conversation amongst emerging artists.
