Special Event Rentals

Looking for a unique venue with an artistic flair? We have the perfect space for you!

We have communal area for meetings and workshops, along with intimate weddings, bridal showers, and more! For information regarding rentals and events please email following the link below. We can create one-of-a-kind packages for you and your special event!

Unfortunately our venue can not accommodate parties greater than 40 guests. Our rate for the gallery space for non-members begins at $95 an hour. Tables and chairs are included in your rental.

Studio Rentals

The Yards Collective offers affordable studio spaces in a rich artistic environment. We have over a dozen units available for rental. Spaces are located within 50-52 Rochester Public Market. However studio turn over is infrequent, if you’d like to be added to our waitlist please follow the link below!

For full transparency the waitlist is very long and we haven’t offered a unit to the general public in over 3 years. 

If you’d like to move up in the waitlist we have an opportunity for you to become a member of the Yards! Our members always get first access to studio spaces, gallery exhibits, and additional community building programming. Typically our studio spaces are scooped up by Yards members ready to take the next step in their creative practice.
