This December, The Yards will transform into a cozy, art-filled marketplace featuring a curated selection of talented local artists and makers. Our show is intentionally small and thoughtfully organized—think relaxed conversations, quality connections, and a welcoming space to share your work.

Each of our three days features a fresh lineup of vendors, so no two days are the same! We’re also bringing the Holiday Bazaar to #FirstFridayRoc this year with a special evening event—because art, friends, and a little seasonal magic belong together.

Event Dates:
🎄 December 5 | 5–9pm (First Friday)
🎄 December 6 & 7 | 10am–3pm

We’re looking for a diverse array of talented makers and artists to join us for this unique holiday experience. Whether you’re a returning vendor or new to the Bazaar, you’ll notice some exciting changes this year as we expand the event’s scope.

Important Details:

  • Set-Up for Vendors at The Yards:
    Set-up will be before the event, from 3-5pm or 8-10am depending on date selections. You’re welcome to leave your booth set up overnight; our space is secured with cameras. The Yards provides tables & chairs for all vendors unless requested otherwise.

  • Space Details:
    Each vendor space is approximately 6 feet wide by 4 feet deep, with limited wall space. Complimentary coffee and tea will be available.

  • Availability:
    We have 8 vendor spots available for this event. Electrical access is available upon request. If accessibility is a concern, please let us know so we can accommodate your needs.

Fees and Discounts:

  • Weekend (all days): $150

  • Per day: $65

  • Yards Members: 10% Off

Application Deadline:

  • Apply by September 30th, 2025

  • Notifications will be sent by October 5th, 2025
