Please join Ahimsa Yoga with JoAnna, E-RYT, for Gratitude Yoga at The Yards Class.
This class will incorporate a soothing blend of deep and slow moving postures, gentle stretching, deepening assists, breathing exercises and restorative work. Class will end with an extended Shavasana. ☾ All levels welcomed. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
After class, Joanna is offering an individual mini Tarot reading, for anyone who would like one 💛✨ Stay & have a card pulled just for you.
☾ Bring a mat if you have one, or use one of our eco-friendly yoga mats.
☾ Organic herbal teas & filtered water are offered during class
☾ Plenty of parking available at the RPM
