Full Moon Gentle Yoga
FULL MOON GENTLE YOGA AT THE YARDS
Monday July 15th, 6:30-8:30 pm
Please join Joanna McNelis, E-RYT, for a special Full Moon Candlelight Yoga at The Yards Class. The full moon is a time to release what no longer serves us, inviting an expansion of our minds and bodies. This is a time of manifestation when we celebrate the moon’s peak of power in the lunar cycle. An exciting time, full of high energy, igniting our fire within.
This 90 minute gentle Hatha Yoga sequence invites a sense of peacefulness and grounding as it eases, calms, and cools the body and mind during this energetic and fiery lunar phase. This class will incorporate a soothing blend of deep and slow moving postures, gentle stretching, deepening assists, breathing exercises and restorative work. Class will end with an extended Shavasana. ☾ All levels welcomed. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
After class, Joanna is offering an individual mini Lunar Tarot reading, for anyone who would like one Stay & have a card pulled just for you.
